Currently, I’m using the XSplit Broadcaster, but I only have a three month subscription so I’ll be trying some new systems in the future.

My headset is the Creative Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Wrath wireless surround sound. These puppies work with my system perfectly and fit so well! (I vlogged about them! Go check it out!

So, as you may have noticed, I don’t post on Tumblr as much. I have a few on going side projects that are actually keeping me from doing so. I suppose you remember Kardy Konfidential? Well, the most fantastic thing happened! I was picked up by a group of guys who make up the Pyrocleptic team! These guys are amazing! Lead by the great BlackFire, we are a team of reviewers who not only give detailed descriptions of games, but quick, easy to read points on the good and bad of those games. I was chosen because of my affinity for different games, and for my skill in dealing with parents and the ESRB rating system. Besides just me, though, there are plenty of others who cover all the bases and run the gambit of genres!

Speaking of gaming… I have a Twitch account as well! You can get to that here. I live stream mostly my time playing PlanetSide 2, but I also play many other games like PayDay, Assassin’s Creed 3, Magicka, and a whole lot more. Please feel free to browse. I attempt to make my streams at least an hour long, but you may find one or two marathon runs! Have fun watching me play and seeing my stream grow and develop as I do!

Finally, I’m doing something I’ve been really wanting to do since a very long time ago. I’m VLOGGING! I will be commenting on various things related to cosplay, gaming, and Japanese culture, along with fashion and other girly things! I wanted to post a little something about National Novel Writing Month, something I have been a part of for about 5 years now. Though I have never ‘won’ this event, I still have gained so much from it. Every year that I participate, my creativity is given a breath of fresh air. I feel recharged and yet frazzled while doing so. There is just something about frantically writing and trying to plan something that just cannot be planned! Fighting for that ending, and even if you don’t achieve it, you are proud of getting as far as you have. Because, in the life that you lead, there may not normally be a time to write. I realized how wonderful it was to let my creative juices flow, get rid of some plot bunnies, and refocus on the novel I’ve been trying to edit. Thanks to NaNoWriMo, I’ve been able to do the things I didn’t think were possible!

Ah, 2013. This shall be the year for me, I hope! I’m working hard, finally changed my major to something I know I’m good at, and will hopefully have my own apartment at the end of the semester! By June, I hope a number of good things will happen. One I won’t talk about, only because I don’t want to jinx it! The other? If I can convince my roommate to allow my sewing machine… Cosplay will be happening! I’ll be setting up a crafting corner in the apartment and will officially be finishing up Saber and Valkyrie Profile! How exciting, right?! Sadly, there will not be much time to do this, so both are most likely going to be finished late into the year. Wish me luck!
